G7 IS SET TO EXPAND ITS TAXI BOOKING SERVICE TO ALL ITS CUSTOMERS IN BORDEAUX
G7 has announced a new milestone in its development by extending its taxi booking service to all its customers in Bordeaux.
In partnership with local taxi companies, from the end of June 2026, private individuals will be able to book a taxi via the G7 TAXI app in Bordeaux and the Arcachon Bay area.
This expansion is part of G7’s ongoing roll-out across the country. G7’s service is already available in over 260 towns and cities across France for its subscribers.
G7 would like to thank its local partner and the taxi drivers for their trust.
G7 launches the first personalised customer journey dedicated to people with disabilities
After inventing the G7 Access service in 2004, which provides taxis equipped with access ramps, and then tripling this accessible fleet in 2024, G7 is unveiling the launch of a new exclusive service available on the G7 TAXI app, its website and via its call centres.
All persons with disabilities, whether visible or invisible, can now indicate their specific needs in their customer profile and be provided with a vehicle and driver specially adapted to their requirements.
This new inclusive system has been developed in collaboration with a number of organisations committed to supporting people with disabilities. Relevant associations and customers have been involved in a collaborative process to better understand the specific needs of each passenger profile and to design concrete solutions tailored to each situation.
